Payment Options

• All first orders are on a proforma basis with a 4% proforma discount.
• When you proceed through our checkout you will be given numerous ways to pay for your order, via a 3rd party payment service, telephone Credit/Debit Card payment, BACS, or cheque.
• Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.
• Customers have the option to remain proforma or open a 30 day credit account.
• Once you have placed your order we will send you a proforma invoice with the confirmed total. 
• We will send you the bank details with your proforma invoice but please also find them below for your reference.
• Where credit account payment terms have been agreed payment of such invoices shall, unless otherwise specified by Heart of the country Ltd in writing or provided in these conditions, be made within 30 days of the date of invoice.
• Any extension of credit allowed to the buyer may be changed or withdrawn by Heart of the Country Ltd at any time.
• In the event of late or non-payment we reserve the right to place the Purchaser on proforma terms for any subsequent orders.
